- A large, multinational consumer products company wanted to create a strategy that would integrate social deeply into the organization. Charlene and Altimeter conducted a social media readiness audit to assess where the organization was on 45 different maturity criteria. With input from key stakeholders, Charlene and her team created a strategy that laid out the creation of a “center of excellence” and a road map of how to develop internal resources. Included in the strategy were short, medium, and long-term recommendations as well as detailed advice on what to do — and just as importantly, what not to do.
- An agency engaged Charlene to help it redesign itself and engage its leadership so that it could become Agency 2.0 – more flexible and hence more responsive to its clients. This included recommendations on how executives need to give up control over who could and should engage with clients.
